You have a nice lucid way of writing which I appreciate very much. The unfolding of the story is steeped in the beauty of the Cosy cottage and its suroundings. Moreover your story rightly wrongs the age-old belief that it is always a woman who has to move out when she marries. But, then even if some men agree to do the reverse it's again becoz of property and other issues. Here it was more a love of nature though! An again your story reveals how bad tenancy laws are in our country.
A very nicely written story indeed!

Haha! That was a really funny story, it reduces all tenancy and inheritance laws to mere putty!
Sorry to be so late in commenting, I was on vacation and away from a PC for a long, long time!

tanushree, it has the lightness and freshness of a Dehradun breeze. I would personally expect a little more tightness in narration but hardly find it disturbing the overall flow of the story. I appreciate you inviting me. I enjoyed it.

Hello Mam...

Thanxxx a lotttt for inviting me to read this beautifull tale of urs...
Am all so hahahhaaaa.... on the events... they are so cute and lubblyyyy...
am chho sorrryyyyy tooo...for ur loss on the cottages of D'doon and Nainital... issshhhh!!!
But the plan was great.  Infact though u had a biiiggg lossss.. u guys achieved a big credit to urselves.... Joining two lonely hearts and making them happy forever.... isn't that a great achievement and feeling in itself... Making others happy is one of the rarest blessing everybody gets.
Mr Gonsalves and Miss Cynthia are succha sweet and cute couple... am sure they make the best one too.  Loved them like anything.

The initial part of the letter from ur uncle reminded me of a bengali Satyajit Ray movie 'AGUNTUK'.... i guess u have seen it.

Liked it.
Feels good u shared.  and yeah!! Ur hubby is a very good Cupid and not at all bad in terms of Romance.  Salutes to him.

cheers n regards
Achi
